EN 1 1 T ypes of Heating The following chart summarizes the various heating modes and settings avail- able on your oven. Use the Cooking Guides in the pages that follow to determine the appropriate mode and setting for all your recipes. OVEN MODE Dual Convection Setting Food is heated by hot air from the left and right sides of the oven.
