7 Before F irst U se When your wash er dryer has bee n correctly installed , we recommend th at you pre - clean the machine. This is t o check t hat the inst allation, the conn ections and the drainage are all correct , and to thoroughly clea n the ins ide of the washer dryer before any wash program mes are run.

28 Care and Mai ntenance Before beginning any care or mainte nance, you should always disco nnect th e appliance f rom the electricity supply, and als o turn o ff the water s upply. If a prog ramme has been run recently , wait for the water in the appliance to cool down to p revent ri sk of scalding.

Cleaning the Drain Pump The drain pump only needs cleaning if the water is not being pumped out eff iciently. Th is may hap pen if it has been blocke d by buttons, br ooches or similar objects.

33 Mould : Mould stains should be cleaned as soo n as possible. The stain should be washed w ith detergent, and if it does not disappear, it s hould be wiped with o xygenated w ater (in proportion o f 3%). Ink: Hold the stained area under cold water an d wait u ntil th e inky water compl etely runs off.

Connect the cold wat er supply hose (blue screw collar) to the cold water tap with ¾ ” gas threaded connector, tak ing care to tig hten firmly to preven t leaks.
