T wo- W a y Chute C ontrol™ The t wo - way chute control is loc ated on the l ef t side o f the dash pane l and is used to control th e distan ce of snow discharge f rom the chute. • T o chang e the upp er chute angl e to control the dist ance that snow is thrown, pivot th e lever for w ard or back w ard.
Chute Directional Control The chute dire c tional contro l is locate d on the le f t side of th e snow thrower . • T o chang e the dire cti on in which snow is throw n, crank clock w ise to discharge to the le f t and counterclo ck wise to discharge to the r ight.
Starting and S topping the E ngine Refe r to the Engine Op erator ’s Manual packed w ith your snow thro wer for i nstructions on starting and stopping the engine. T o Engag e Dr ive 1. With the thr ott le control in the Fast (rabbit) positio n, move shif t lever into one o f the six fo r ward (F) po sitions or t wo reverse (R) posi tions.
