4 Introduction The D-Link Air DCF-660W 2.4GHz Wireless Compact Flash Adapter is a standard Type II CF interface adapter (backwards compatible to Type I) integrated with WLAN ( W ireless L ocal A rea N etwork) technology. It provides an easy and quick way to access a wireless network.
LED LED stands for L ight- E mitting D iode. The DCF-660W has one LED: Link/Power - a solid Green light indicates proper installation and a wireless connection.
6 Wireless Basics Installation Flexibility The D-Link Air DCF-660W offers a fast, reliable, cost-effective wireless solution for client access to the network in a wide variety of scenarios and applications: 1. Installation Considerations Designed to go up to 1,311 feet (approximately 400 meters), the D-Link Air DCF-660W lets you access your network from virtually anywhere.
