1 137 Useful network programs There are several prog rams available to setup the network sett ings easily in a network environment. For the network administrator especially, managing several machines on the network is possible. • Before using the programs below, set the IP address first.
2 138 Wired network setup Printing a network configuration report You can print Network Configuration Report from the machine’s control panel that will show the current machine’s network settings.

Fax menu Receiving setup Item Description Send Report Sets the machine to print a report whether a fax transmission was successfully completed or not. If you select On-Error , the machine prints a report only when a transmission is not successful. Image TCR Prints a transmission report wit h a minimized image of the first page of the fax sent.
Fax menu Auto Reduction Automatically reduces an incoming fax page to fit the size of the paper loaded in the machine. Discard Size Discards a specific length from the end of the received fax. Junk Fax Setup Blocks any unwanted faxes that you stored in the memory as junk fax numbers.
