11 FIRST USE Befor e using your ne w o v en for c ooking or baking, please: 1 Read this user guide, taking special not e of the ‘Safety and w arnings’ section. 2 Remo v e all acc essories and packaging. Mak e sur e you peel an y pr otectiv e film off the surfaces.
12 1 Slide in the shelves y ou will need, making sure that: ● they ar e betw een the two wir es of a shelf position or on the sliding shelf supports ● the stop not ches point do wn ● the guard r ail is at the back.
13 Depending on your model, y our oven ma y only ha v e some of these functions. O VEN LAMP Only the ov en light comes on. It remains on in all the cooking functions. BAKE This is the tr aditional method of baking. It is best t o bake on only one shelf at a time in this function.

23 ALL MODELS WITH T OUCH CONTROL CL OCK AUT OMA TIC COOKING 6 When the st op time is reached ● The o v en will turn off , the timer will beep and ‘ AUT O’ will flash. ● T ouch any control t o stop the timer beeping. ● T ouch and hold the mode control for 3 seconds t o return the o ven to manual mode.
24 CARE AND CLEANING IMPORT ANT! ● Al ways disconnect the ov en from the po w er supply befor e any cleaning or maintenance . ● Electronic clock models: When y ou turn the po w er back on after cleaning, y ou will hav e t o set the clock. ● Do not use abrasiv e cleaners, cloths or pads t o clean any part of y our o v en.
25 CARE AND CLEANING WHA T? HO W? IMPORT ANT! Side catalytic panels (not supplied with the ov en, purchased optionally) ● If you r oast or grill a lot of meat and hardly e v er bak e, heating an empty ov en for 60-90 mins at 250 o C on Bake fr om time to time will help the panels to br eak down an y greas y soiling.
26 CARE AND CLEANING IMPORT ANT! ● TOP-OPENING MODELS – W e recommend remo ving the door to mak e cleaning the interior parts of the o v en easier . See below for remo ving and r efitting the o ven door . ● SIDE-OPENING MODELS – Do not attempt to r emo v e a side-opening o ven door .

Do not att empt to do this on your o wn, as y ou c ould be injured or the o v en could be damaged.
