2 LifeBook S Series Notebook BIOS S Series BIOS BIOS SETUP UTILITY The BIOS Setup Utility is a program that sets up the operating en vironment for y our notebook. Y our BIOS is set at the factor y for normal operating conditions, therefor e there should be no need to set or change the BIOS enviro nment to operate your notebook.

4 LifeBook S Series Notebook BIOS MAIN MENU – SETTING ST AN DARD SYSTEM P ARAMETERS The Main M enu allows y ou to set or view the current system parameters.
5 Serial A T A Port 0: Selects the Ser ial A T A Po rt 0 submenu. The product # of the Serial A T A/IDE Drive Display the type of device on this A T A/A T API interface, if there is one. Pressing the Enter key selects the Serial A TA Port 0 submenu allowing additional device c onfigur ation options for this interface.

If y ou w ish to exit from the setup utility , pr ess the [Esc] key or use the cursor keys to go to the Exit menu or to mov e to another menu.
9 ADV ANCED MENU – SETTING DEVICE FEA T URE CONTROLS The Ad vanced M enu allows y ou to: ■ Set the I/O addresses for the ser ial and parallel por ts. ■ Set the features of the keyboard/mouse. ■ Select between the display panel and/or an e x ternal CR T display .

De informatie die je over Fujitsu S7020 krijgt, zal je zeker helpen om een besluit over de aankoop te nemen.
In een situatie waarin je al een beziter van Fujitsu S7020 bent, maar toch heb je de instructies niet gelezen, moet je het doen voor de hierboven beschreven redenen.
