It provides recor ding capabilities for four camera-i nputs and is capable of even t, pre-event, or timelapse recording.

The so ftware logs the o perational and alarm st atus of sites once a day for later analysis. The software lets you search based on time and retrieve video clips from remote sites.

You can use this port to archive video onto a USB stick (see Archiving Video , page 36 ) and to upgrade the DVR firm ware. To move around each rectangular zone, use the arrow controls. Press SEL on each rectangular zone you want to inc lude as part of the motion sensi ng zone.

Rev 2.00 34 Document 900.0399 03/06 Play Mode During playback of a recorded event, the mode changes from SEARCH to PLAY . While in PLAY mode, you may return to the previous SEARCH screen by pressing ESC . Playback starts in quad mode with channel 1 highlighted by default.

Remote monitoring requires installation of a Remote Access Software program on your PC (see Chap ter 5, RAS Installat ion ). Archiving Images or Video onto the Hard Drive Still images can be captured and archived onto the hard drive in live mode or while playing back recorded video.
