Operati ons 13 To power up t he MDS600: 1. Complete server hardware installation an d cabling. See the server blade documentation. 2. Conn ect the SAS cables and power co rds to the MDS600. 3. Press and hold the Power On/Standby button. Wait and o bserve the system power LED and system fans.
Setup 14 Se tup S pace and airflo w requirement s To allow for servicing and ad equate airflow, observe the following space and airflo w requirements when deciding where to install a rack: • Leave a min imum clearance of 63.5 cm (25.0 in) in front of the rack.
