13 Grounding Instructions Elect rical co nnection s must be mad e by a qu alified el ectrician i n comp liance wit h all relevan t codes. Th is machi ne must be p r o perly ground ed to help preven t electri cal sho ck and po ssible fat al injur y.
14 Ext ensi on Co rds If an ex tension cor d i s necessary, m ake sure the cord r ating i s s uit able f or the a m per age listed on the m achine's m otor plat e . An undersize cor d w ill ca us e a dr op in l ine vo lt age resul t i ng in loss of power and ov erheati ng.
15 Conv e yor Belt Tension an d Trackin g Conv eyor belt tension adj ustm ent may be necessary d uri ng the break-i n peri od to com pensate f or bel t stret ching. I MP ORT ANT : The conv eyor belt has been ov er- tensioned for the purpo s e of s hi ppi ng.
16 3. Loos en the c onv ey or tak e-up screw nuts (A , Fi gure 20) t o reli e v e belt t ension, and sl ide the driv en roller fully inward. 4. Rem o v e the f our bolts that attach the conv eyor tabl e to t he base. Lift up the conv eyor tabl e and rem ove i t f rom m achine.
