Assembly Instructions CAUTION: While it is possib le for one person to assemble this grill, obtain assistance from another person when handling some of the large r, heavier pieces 1. Open lid of shipping carton and remove top sheet of cardboard. Lay cardboard sheet on floor and use as a work sur face to protect floor and grill parts from scratches.
Installing Front Panel and Condiment Tray 1. Assemble front panel to front ca rt leg by using (4) ¼ x 3/5" screws with (4) ¼” lock washers. (Fig.5) 2. Assemble the condiment tray onto the front panel using (2) 5/32 x 2/5" screws and (2) 5/32” nuts with (2) 5/32” washers.
Installing Side Burner 1.Attach side b urner to grill cart by using (4) 1/4x3/5" Phillips head screws w ith (4) ¼” lock washers. Then use (1) 5/32” Phillips head screw and (1) 5/32” lock washer to attach side burner control panel to main control panel.

Read all safety, lighting and operating instructions. 2. Check gas va lve orifices, burner tubes and burner ports for any obstruc tions.
Checking f or LP gas leaks Never test for l eaks wi th a flame. P rior to f irs t use, at the beginning of each season, or every time your LP gas tank is changed, you must check for gas leaks. 1. Make a 50/50 mild soap solution 2. Turn the control knobs to full OF F position; then turn gas ON at supply tank.
WARNING Never lean over the grill cooking area while lighting your gas grill. Ke ep your f a ce and body a safe distance (at least 18 inches) from the cooking grid sur face when lighting your grill b y match. If Grill Still Fail s To Light 1. Check gas supp ly and connections for leaks.
Cleaning and Maintenance To ensure a proper work ing unit the following proper care and maintenance is suggested. Cleaning Cooking G rids We suggest you wash your cooking grids in a mild soap and warm water solution. You can use a wash cloth or soft brush to clean your cooking gr ids.
15 Regardless of which burner c leaning procedure you use, we recommend you also comp lete the following steps to help p rolong burner life . 1. Use a fiber pad or nylon brush to clean the entire outer surface of each burner until free o f food residue and dirt.
