READJUSTING THE OVEN TEMPERATURE CONTROL (OPTIONAL) Although your new oven is properly adjusted to provide accurate temperatures, it may cook faster or slower than your old oven. If you are not satisfied with the baking/roasting results, you can change the temperature calibration by following the steps below.

Thicker cuts and unevenly shaped pieces of meat, fish and poultry may cook better if you use lower broiling temperatures.

The Timed Oven control will turn the oven on at a set time of day, cook for a set length of time, then shut off automatically when programmed.

HOW THE CYCLE WORKS The SELECT CLEAN TM Serf-Cleaning cycle uses temperatures much hotter than normal oven use to break up and burn away soil and grease. SELECT CLEAN will set the clean time automatically, once you choose the soil level. You can choose SoilL (light soil), SoilA (average soil) or SoilH (heavy soil).
