Working with the Instrument 5.4.3 Preparing a Specimen • Fix the specimen to the specimen plate using the cyanoacrylate (included in the standard scope of delivery). • Screw the manipulator ( 6 ) onto the specimen plate, place it in the buffer tray and adjust it to the desired position.
