GENERAL DESCRIPTION The LN-10 is a single head, 42 VAC input, 4-roll wire feeder. A single control with dual procedure presetta- bility of wire feed speed (inches per minute or meters per minute) and arc voltage is used in conjunction with a Lincoln constant voltage (CV) welding power source.

Check for the pres- ence of approximately 5.0 VDC from blue lead #555 (+) to black lead #500 (-). The 5.0 VDC represents the correct feedback voltage from the hall effect device to the control board.

Using the 3/4 in. wrench remove the electrode cable from the wire feed assembly. 10. Using the 7/16 in. socket wrench and extension remove four mounting screws, lock washers and flat washers.
