5 99-3300 DA SH DISA SSEMBL Y Che vrolet Corv ette 1997-1999 D isconnect the negative battery ter- minal to prevent an accidental short circuit. 1 Using a panel removal tool pry out on the “Ride Control” switch, unplug and remove switch. 2 Unclip and remove switch trim panel.

99-3300 KIT ASSEMBL Y 9 A B C D DIN MOUNT RADIO PROVISION Cut and remove the shaft supports from the radio housing. (Figure A) 1 Slide the DIN cage into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs outward.
99-3300 KIT ASSEMBL Y 10 A SHAFT MOUNT RADIO PROVISION Slide the aftermarket radio into the radio housing from the back and secure using shaft nuts supplied with the radio. (Figure A) 1 Continue to final assembly . * Note: Refer also to the instructions included with the aftermarket radio.
