It also keeps trac k of each command by assigning it a command number , like “C01. ” Delayed commands , redial attempts and current fax transmissions are all stored in your machine’ s memory and given a command number .

4-12 s e n d I n G f a x e s Broadcasting The fastest wa y to fax one document to many recipients is to broadcast it. In an ordinary broadcast, you can send faxes as you normally would, except you just add more fax numbers .

4-14 s e n d I n G f a x e s Batch transmission Batch transmission allows you to store multiple documents in an electronic “basket” throughout the day and then fax that entire basket to one location. T o do this, just tell the machine when and where the transmission should go.

The machine will automatically add a prefix and suffix to the fax number you have entered and send it to the e-mail gatew ay .
