Introd uction 5 1. Introduction The Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH- 800 allows you freedom to make and receive calls while on the move or in the office. You can connect the headset to a compatible phone th at supports Bluetooth wireless technology. Read this user guide carefully before using the headset.
Introd uction 6 The headset is compliant with the Bluetooth Specification 2.0 + EDR supporting the following profiles: Headset Profile 1.1 and Hands-Free Profile 1.5. Check with the manufactu rers of other devices to determine their compatibility with this device.

Basic use 12 3. Basic use ■ Place the headset over your ear The headset is provided with an ear loop that you can use for a better fit on your ear . To use the headset without the earloop, plug the headset into your ear (1), and point the headset toward your mouth.

To adjust the volume quickly , press and hold the key in the desired direction. ■ Mute or unmute the microphone To mute or unmute the microphone du ring a call, briefly press the middle of the volume key .

After the settings are cl eared, the headset beeps twic e, and the indicator lights alternate for several seconds.
