For general us e, the Auto settings will suffice, providing reasonab le default settings that will produce go od results for most documents.

Similarly , there are certain color s, (some yellows for example), that can be printe d, but cannot be displayed accurately on a monitor .

T o access Color Option, first select your desired printer from an application using File → Print . 2. Then open th e drop-down menu directly underneath the pr inter and select Color Op tion .
