RQT8572 10 Assembly and Installation Setup the center speaker (SB-PC100) • Do not apply an unreasonable force to the net at the front of the speaker unit. Y ou cannot remove the front net. • Lay the speakers on a flat surface over a soft cloth when working on them.
RQT8572 11 Connections Connect to a receiver or amplifier with 6- Ω impedance for the front, center , and surround speakers, and a pin-type output terminal for an active subwoofer . Y ou cannot connect these speakers to any equip- ment other than this amplifier .
RQT8572 12 Subwoofer operation (SB-W A101) The active subwoofer reproduces very low frequency sound monau- rally , making use of the fact that the human ear does not sense direc- tion in the low frequency region. Y ou can emphasize low frequencies by combining the active subwoofer with the speaker system.
