Ensure that before y ou star t using your scale, y ou check that the scale has been levelled correctly (see page 26).

Y ou can continue processing mail without adding fees, or you can add fees as requir ed. To add a fee, press the M enu Selection key alongside the fee you want.

26 C HAP TER 4: M AINT AINING Y OUR S C ALE Y our scale requires very little maintenance. Simply keep it clean b y wiping it with a soft dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners on your scale. The scale must have a firm base and be level to give its best performance.
