17 SPEC IAL MESS AGES The pager has the followi ng special me ssag es. OVERFLOW — appear s when the number of unr ead mess ages recei ved is gr eater th an the avai lable mem- ory. When this occu rs, any new mess age you recei ve bumps the oldest message ou t of memory.
