7 – English TO REMOVE BA TTERY P ACK Depress the latches on each side of the battery pack. Remove the battery pack from the drill. WARNING: Battery products ar e always in operating condition. Therefor e, the switch should always be locked when not in use or carrying at your side.
8 – English OPERA TION KEYLESS CHUCK See Figure 4, page 11. The drill has a keyless chuck to tighten or release drill bits in the chuck jaws. The arrows on the chuck indicate which direction to r otate the chuck body in order to LOCK (tighten) or UNLOCK (release) the drill bit.
9 – English OPERA TION WARNING: Be prepar ed for binding at bit br eakthrough. When these situations occur , drill has a tendency to grab and kick opposite to the direction of r otation and could cause loss of control when br eaking through material.

NOTE : La perceuse ne peut fonctionner que si le sélecteur de sens de rotation est poussé à fond vers la droite ou la gauche. Éviter d’utiliser la perceuse à basse vitesse pendant des périodes prolongées.
