- 1 - S e c t i o n O n e - P r o f i l e Overvi ew Thank you for purchasing this digital camera. Not only can it take photos b ut it also has built-in PC camera functions. Thi s camera is equipped with 8MB SDRAM. In order to download photos from your camera to y our computer , you need on ly connect the USB cable from your computer to your camera.
- 2 - Section T wo - Lithium Battery Before using your camera fo r the f irst time, char ge your camera’s battery . Once the ba t te r y i s c ha r ge d , m o ve th e Camera/Ch arger selector to “C amera” mode.
- 3 - Section Three – Software and Camera Driver Installation IMPORT ANT : Before attempting to inst all the softw are, en sure that y ou do not hav e the camera att ached to your compu ter . This will affe ct the installation process and could cause y our installation to fail.
- 4 - 3. On the “Install your camera software” screen, select your camera model from the drop down list, clic k the “Install” button to install PhoT ags Express followed by the installation of PhoT ags WebCam Express and your camera driver . 4.
- 5 - 5. Please review the license terms and click the “Agree” button to continue. 6. Let the “PhoT ags Express” installer create the folder where the program will be installed to, and then cl.
- 6 - 7. Click “ Finish ” to let the “PhoT ags Express” installer finish the installation program. 8. This will automatically launch the Install shield for the camera driver .
- 7 - 9. Once the program has finished installing y ou will have to restart your computer . 10. Congratulations!! Y ou have successfully installed the “PhoT ags Express” software, the “PhoT ags WebCam Express” and the Camera driver .

The frequency will be toggle between 50HZ and 60HZ. 3. Please se t the frequency of your camera accor ding to the standards of the country y ou live in.
- 12 - Section Six – Downloading Photos Use the “PhoTags Express” program to import the photos from y our camera . 1. Plug one end of the USB cable into the USB slot on your camera. 2. Plug the other en d of the USB cable in to a USB port on your computer.
- 13 - 6. The “Get photos” wizard will appear with th e correct name of y our camera device sele cted in the “Act ive dev ices” list in the “Express” mode.

- 16 - S e c t i o n E i g h t – C a p t u r i n g A V I Now that you have your camera installed you can use it to capture short movies called A VI files. The length of time you can record an A VI while the camera is connected to your computer will vary , depending on how much hard drive space you will use to save the file.
