Display Display Layout The display comprises three areas. Area Description First line Displays various icons (see page 12). Middle lines Display messages, instructions and any information that you enter (number to be dialled, for example). Last line Shows the functions currently assigned to the two soft keys.

Searching for a Number in the Phonebook Y ou can search for a number in the phonebook during a call. 1. Press the Options soft key . 2. Press the key to highlight the Phonebook option. 3. Press the OK soft key . The phonebook entries are listed. 4. Enter the name that you wish to find.

Call Barring Menu 7.2 The call barring network service allows you to restrict your calls. Call barring can be set up in the following ways. All Outgoing: calls cannot be made.
Change Barring Password: you can set and change the call barring password obtained from your service provider using this option. Y ou must enter the current password before you can specify a new one. Once you have entered a new password, you are asked to confirm it by entering it again.
Line Identification Menu 7.5 This menu option lets you view the following line identification settings. CLIP (Calling Line Identification Presentation) If this network function is active, the number of the person making the call is displayed on the phone of the person called.
