35 Silent Mode Silent mode is co nvenient when you wi sh to stop the p hone from maki ng noise, in a theater for example. In Idle mode, press and hold the key unt il the phone vibr ates, the “Silen t Profile on” message appears on screen. Messaging 62 Creating and Sending T ext Messages The Message icon ( ) displays when yo u have received new text messages. When the memory is full , an error mess age displays and you ca nnot receive any new messages. Use the Delete option in each messa ge box to delete obso lete messages.
