8 Operation Turning on the Power and Selecting a Display Language The first time you plug the power cord into an outlet, or afte r the re has been an interruption in power, the display shows a fter four seco nds “ ENJOY YOUR COOKING -- -- -- PRESS MY CHOICE FOR PER- SONAL OPTIONS ”.

10 Operation Setting and Using the Custom Cook Button The Custom Cook button memorizes the tim e and power setting for a par- ticular food. Programming the C ustom Cook button 1 Press the Custom Cook button. Press the bu tton twice to delete the previous Custom setting.
11 Operation Using the Sensor Cook Buttons By actually sensing the steam tha t escapes as food heat, this feature auto- matically adjusts the oven’s heating tim e for various types and am ounts of precooked food. All food should be pr ecooked and at refrigerator tempera- ture.
12 Operation Defrosting Automatically To thaw frozen food, set the weight of the food and the m icrowave auto- matically sets the defrosting time , power level and stan ding tim e. 1 Press the Auto Defro st button. The display shows : 0.5 LB (0.2Kg if you have set your oven for metric measure).
13 Operation Using the Kids Meal Button 1 Press the Kids M eal button corresponding to the food you are cooking. The display shows : CHICKEN NUGGETS . 14 Operation Setting Cooking Times & Power Levels Your microwave allows you to set up to three different s tages o f cook ing, each with its own time length and power level. The po we r level l ets yo u control the heating intensity from Warm (1) to High (0).
15 Operation Turning the Turntable On/Off For best cooking results, leave the turntable on. It can be turned off for large dishes. Press Turntable On /Off button to turn the turntable on or off. Sometimes the turnta ble can become too h ot to touch. Be careful touching the turntable during and after cook ing.
