24 COPY FUNCTIONS 6 Use the [PRESET RATIO] se lector keys ( , ) and [ Zoom] keys ( , ) to change the copy ratio in the horizontal direction. A compu ter can be connected to these p orts to use the machine a s a printer or a sca nner. In addi tion, a Dual function board can be instal led to en able the u se of a USB 2 .
38 PRINTER/SCANNER FUNCTIONS 3 Open the file that you wish to print and select "Print" from the File menu. 4 Make su re that the printer dri ver for the machine is selected, a nd select print settings in the printer driver.
