5 H ARDWARE D ESCRIPTION The EZ Connect Wireless PC Card supports 1, 2, 5.5 and 11 Mbps half-duplex connections to Ether net networks. This card is fully compliant with 2.4 GHz DSSS CSMA/CA wireless networking as defined in IEEE 802.1 1b. It can be installed in any notebook with a Type II PCMCIA slo t.

For wireless P Cs that do not need to support roaming, set the domain identifier (SSID) for the wireless card to the SSID of the acce ss point you want to connect to.
