27 Material Prepa rations Chapter 4 Routine Oper ations 4 Select the files to be registered. You can register more than one file simultaneously, provided they are in the identical category. To select more than one file, hold down the Ctrl key and click the desire d files in turn.

A du plication can be edited as another playl ist, or used for anoth er group for which the identical screen resolution and ori entation have been set.
40 Playlist Prep arations Chapter 4 Rout ine Operatio ns The duration of th e added event varies d epending on the material dropped. In the case of v ideo, Flash, audi o material or scrolled text, that has its own durati on, the event duration will be identical to the material dura tion.
41 Playlist Prep arations Chapter 4 Routine Oper ations Modifying the star t time of an event This operation adjusts the star t time of an event and cannot be used to move the event on the playlist. 1 Right-click the desired event on the playlist, then click [Change Start Time] on the popup menu.

45 Schedule Preparations Chapter 4 Routine Oper ations Schedule Preparations To play back contents on an NSP-1, “schedules” must be prepared together with th e materials a nd playlists. Schedules include d aily schedules and p eriodic schedules. A “daily schedu le” defines the start and end times, in a day, of each playlist.

56 Sending D ata to NSP- 1 Player s Chapter 4 Rout ine Operatio ns Checking T ransfer Status Sending many vide o files and/or sendin g items to many NSP-1 players is especially time-consuming. The NSP-1 Status window enables you to check how much the most recent transfer has progressed and whether or not an error has occurred.
