5 Status bar icons Icon Description T ells you the strength of the GSM network signal. T ells you the status of the battery . T ells you the status of the battery charging. Y ou have missed an incoming call. Call and messaging function alerts are off, alarm is still on.

7 To insert the SIM card 1 Slide the cover open and lift it off. 2 Insert the SIM card. Make sure the SIM card is placed under the silvery holders. 3 Place the battery in the phone wi th the label side up and the connectors facing each other . 4 Place the cover on the phone and slide it into place.
8 To charge the battery 1 Connect the charger to th e phone. The flash symbol on the charger plug must face upwards. 2 It may take 30 minutes for the battery icon to appear . 3 W ait approximately 2.5 hours or until the battery icon indicates that the battery is fu lly charged.

10 PIN You may need a PIN (Personal Identification Number) from your network operator to activa te the services in your phone. 24 More than one call Handle more than one call simultaneously. Call waiting service When activated, you hear a beep if you receive a second call. 26 Call time During a call, the duration of th e call is shown on the screen. Check the duration of your last call, outgoing calls and the total time. 37 Pictures and video clips Your phone comes with one or mo re pictures and video clips, which you can delete to free memo ry. All pictures and videos are saved in File manager .
