– 2 – The base frame assembly is complete. Set it as ide for use in a later step. 2 Assemble the seat frame. A Locate the footrest wire frame with connecting hubs . Place it on a flat surface with the toy bar sockets pointing upward as shown. B Locate the backrest wire.

D Hold the seat pad above the seat frame. T urn the seat pad so that opening for the vibration unit is at the front of the frame (footrest).
