22 Installing and Connecting the TV To lock in a TV channel If you have connected a cable box or satellite receiver to your TV, and do not intend to connect any other audio or video equipment, it is recommended that you lock in a TV channel. Doing so will ensure no accidental channel switch when using your TV.

31 Watching the TV Using the Freeze Function You can use this feature to write down information such as phone numbers, recipes, etc. When the program information you want to capture is displayed, press FREEZE. The picture freezes. Press FREEZE again, and the frozen picture is released, and the picture begins to move again.
