Carefully align the top and bottom edges of the module with the guides in the appropriate slot. It might be helpful to look into the enclosure to verify correct alignment of the rails in the guides.

Chapter 2 Installation and Ser vice 2-9 2.3 Removing the AR TM-HD Caution – Power to the AR TM-HD must be off before the module can be safely removed. Removing the AR TM-HD without properly removing power can cause data loss on hard disk drives installed in the AR TM-HD.

Setting the jumper to the P1/P2 position makes the OOS LED appear red.
