B e f o r e u s i n g y o u r S u n b e a m C a f é S e r i e s ® F o o d S l i c e r Assembling your food slicer 1. Place the food slicer on a flat level surface. 2. T ilt the sliding food guide at approximately 45° angle ➀ and place the guide in the grooves of the base ➁ .
