Only one han dset or the base can chang e global settings at a time . Setting Day and Time Day & Time sets the d ay and time of your display .

Call W aiting Deluxe (CWDX) allows you to handle cal l w aiting calls in seven differ ent wa ys.

For example , you can have one handset talkin g on Line 1 while an other handset and th e base unit participate in a 3-way conferen ce on Line 2.

The lin e soft key ( LINE1 or LINE2 ) to be placed on hold will flash. The call will be put on hold . If you leave a call on hold for more than 10 seconds , the di splay scr een will re ad Hold .
