During the operating system startup, the adapter will be de tected and W indows will load embedded drivers for the ad apter .

14 USB2connect User’ s Guide 4 Selec t The updated driver (r ecommended) . Click Next . 5 Y ou m ay see a messag e that W indows is searching for the driver . Click Next. 6 When you see the following prompt, insert your W indows 98 CD in your CD-ROM drive and click OK .

Note: If you have copied your driver files onto your hard drive and know wher e they ar e located, you can browse to that folder instead of inserting the W indows 98 CD.
