5 T ools Required: (included) Multi Hex T ool with Phillips Screwdriver Allen Wrench Occasionally our products contain components that are pre-lubr icated at the factor y . W e recommend that y ou protect flooring, or anything else the parts may contact, with newspaper or cloth.
6 STEP 1 – Main Frame Assembly a) Remo ve (4) Allen Bolts , (4) W asher s, (2) Nylon Nuts and (2) Nut Caps from Main Frame, see Figure 1. b) P osition Left and Right Roller T ubes behind Main Frame with Roller Tr acks on top and rear Allen Bolts f acing each other .
7 STEP 4 – Computer Installation a) Remo ve battery door from back of Computer , inser t (4) “ AA ” Rechargea ble Batteries and replace the batter y door , see Figure 4a.
STEP 6 – Assemble Swing Ar ms and Connecting Ar ms a) Remo ve (1) Allen Bolt, (1) Spacer , (1) W asher and (1) Nylon Nut from the Left Swing Ar m. b) P osition Left Connecting Ar m inside “U” Brac ket on Left Swing Arm, see Figure 6, and align bolt holes.
9 Assembly is now complete. IMPOR T ANT: Please read pages 10-12 before beginning y our w orkout for important instr uctions on how to use y our elliptical trainer . STEP 8 – W a ter Bottle and Holder Installation a) Remo ve (2) Phillips Scre ws from V er tical Column, see Figure 8.
Once y our elliptical trainer is assembled, m ake sure that y our workout space has a solid, level surf ace with plenty of space around it. W e recommend placing a mat under y our unit to protect your f loor ing.
Stationar y Handlebars Place y our hands in the middle of the stationar y handlebar s. Adjust your hands left and right until you f ind the position most comfortable for y ou. Bend y our elbows slightly so that y our ar ms are not hyperextended or “lock ed out” .

13 OPERA TING THE COMPUTER Introduction This unit is equipped with a progr ammable Computer to help trac k y our progress and motiv ate y ou to reach y our f itness goals. The Computer features se veral dif ferent w orkout progr ams that will tailor to your individual f itness goals.
Programs 1 - 6 (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6) 14 DISTANCE: T otal miles or kilometers traveled during the workout are track ed and counted in increments of 0.1 , from 0.1 to 99.9. Select miles or kilometers with the switch located on the back of the Computer .
