CHANGING CROTCH STRAP SLOT 19 ❃ Use proper crotch strap slots For children under 13.6 kg (30 lbs.) mo ve crotch strap and buc kle to the opening closest to but not under child. For children over 13.6 kg (30 lbs.) mo ve crotch strap and buc kle to the forward opening.
Identify your v ehicle seat belt. Car seat must be used with a vehicle seat belt that will sta y tight while driving. If vehicle does not ha ve a lap belt that will sta y tight, see dealer . NO TE: #1 The locking latch plate on some seat belts may slip and loosen after being buc kled through car seat.
VEHICLE SEAT BELTS continued Locking Clip (top back of car seat) Latch Plate ❃ Continuous Loop Combination Lap/Shoulder Belt with Sliding Latch Plate Pull on latch plate. If belt slides freely through latch plate, a loc king clip must be used (stored on top back of car seat).

SPECIAL INFORMATION ❃ Aircraft Use Your Century car seat is certified for use on aircraft (see label on car seat). Most airlines in the U.S. and Canada will allow you to use a car seat if it carries such a label and fits properly on the aircraft. Contact your airline about their policy.
