7 Connecting a computer Required compute r connection s Connect the black end of the computer cable to the to the Computer 1 con- nector on the pr ojector . Connect the blue end to the video po rt on your com- puter . If you are using a desktop computer , you first need to dis connect the monitor cable from the computer ’s video port.
8 If you prefer connectin g your LP640 to your compu ter with an optional VESA cable, conn ect one end of the cable to the VES A port on your com- puter , an d connec t the othe r end of th e cable t o the blue Computer 2 con - nector on the pr ojector .

27 Optimizing computer images After your comput er is connected properly and the computer ’s image is on the scre en, you can optimize the i mage using t he onscr een menus.
