- 26 - f) Raise the rear of the machine up ont o j ack stands hig h enough to r aise t he drive wheels off of the g round. Run machine t o allow any other air t o be purged f rom t he hydraulic system and r echeck the oil level.

- 28 - c) Lubr icat e f ront cast er pivots once a year. Remove hex plug and cap. T hr ead grease zerk in hole and pump with grease until it oozes out around top bearing.
- 29 - b) Rem ove cooling shr oud cleanout covers ( Kohler ) or cooling shrouds (Kawasaki) f r om engine and clean cooling fins. Also clean dust , dir t, and oil fr om exter nal sur f aces of engine which can cause improper cooling . c) Make sure cooling shr oud cleanout covers or cooling shrouds ar e pr operly reinstalled.

- 31 - c) Adjust ant i- scalp r ollers f or Normal O perating Condit ions. Place rollers in one of t he posit ions shown in Figure 10. Rollers will maintain 3/ 4 in. (19 mm ) clearance to the g round to m inimize goug ing and roller wear or damage. For Maximum Deck Flot at i on, place r o ller s one hole posit ion lower.
