7 Low T emperature Setting, L1 / L2 Each cooking area is equipped with 2 low temperatur e settings: • L1 will maintain a temperatur e of about 40 °C – ideal for gently melting butter or chocolat e.

9 Use fanned grilling for all your grilling needs and defrost to safely thaw small it ems of frozen f ood. T able 2-4 gives a summary of the multi-func tion modes. The multi-function oven has many v aried uses. W e suggest you keep a careful ey e on your cooking until you ar e familiar with each function.
10 The F an Oven F an ov ens circulat e hot air continuously , which means faster , more even cooking. T he recommended cooking temperatures f or a fan ov en are generally low er than those for a non-fan ov en. Note: Please remember tha t all cookers vary so temperatures in your new ov ens may dier t o those in your previous cooker .

16 12 3 C ontrol P anel and Doors Av oid using any abrasiv e cleaners including cream cleaners . F or best results, use a liquid det ergent. The same cleaner can also be used on the doors, or alternatively , using a sof t cloth wrung out in clean hot soapy water – but take care tha t no surplus water seeps into the appliance.
17 Cleaning T able Cleaners listed (T able 5-1) are available fr om supermarkets or electrical retailers as stated. F or enamelled sur faces use a cleaner that is appro ved f or use on vitreous enamel. Regular cleaning is recommended. F or easier cleaning, wipe up any spillages immediately .
18 6. T roubleshooting Interference with and repairs to the hob MUST NO T be carried out by unqualied persons. Do not try to repair the hob as this ma y result in injury and damage to the hob . Please arrange f or repair by a suitably competent person.
19 The ov en is not cooking ev enly Do not use a baking tray with dimensions larger than those specied in the section on ‘ General Oven Tips ’. If you are cooking a large item, be prepar ed to turn it round during cooking. If two shelves are used, check tha t space has been left for the heat to cir culate .
