9 Installation instructions 2. Prepar ations before installa tion 2a Door hinge This model is right-hand hinged, with a left-hand door opening . If you require left-hand hinged with right hand door opening, remo ve the upper and lower hinges and r efit them to the opposite side.
10 Installation instructions 2d Air flow stops The air flow stops ar e located on the back cover of the c ompressor . Adjust these air flow stops to ensure they make contact with the cabinet.
11 Installation instructions 3. Placing the refrigera tor into the cabinet 3a Pull the pow er cord through the hole at the back of the cabinet or if the po wer socket is inside the cabinet, plug in the refrigerator bef ore installing it into the cabinet.
12 Installation instructions 4. Dismantling the top and bottom attachmen t brackets 4a Open the refrigerator door and r emove the top attachment br acket cover by dra wing it upwards. Do the same for the freezer . 4b Move the rulers vertically so the top of the rulers latch onto the cabinet abo ve.

Attaching the top a ttachment bracket to the t op cabinet door 5a Lay the top cabinet door (face down) on to a clean floor . 5b Attach the top attachment br acket to the top of the cabinet door . Adjust to ensure the centr e line of the top attachment bracket aligns with the c entre of the cabinet door .

Attaching the top cabinet door 6a Open the refrigerator door , hang the cabinet door onto the height adjustment scr ews (at the upper sides of the refrigerator) and fix with hex scr ews. Do not fasten the screws too tigh tly as to allow for some horizontal mo vement of the cabinet door .

Attaching the top a ttachment bracket to the bott om cabinet door 7a Lay the bottom cabinet door (face down) on to a clean floor . 7b Attach the top attachment br acket to the top of the cabinet door . 7c Adjust to make the cen tre line of the top attachment bracket align with the c entre of the cabinet door .
16 Installation instructions 8. Attaching the bottom cabinet door 8a Open the freezer door , hang the cabinet door onto the height adjustment screw s and fix with a hexscrew . Do not fasten screws too tigh tly , allow for some horizontal mov ement of the cabinet door .
17 Installation instructions 9. T op adjustment of the cabinet doors 9a Fix the upper hook of the door t o the cabinet door . 9b Use a spanner to turn height adjustment nut ( X ) approxima tely 5 mm. If the height adjusting nut is difficult to adjust, check the left and right clearances of the top attachment bracket and position.

21 Installation instructions Energy saving tips There are man y simple things that can be done to sav e energy . During installation Locate r efrigerator to the coolest part of the room. Av oid areas of direct sunlight, or near heating ducts, registers , or other heat producing appliances.
22 Moving or storing y our refriger ator If your refrigerator is turned off f or any reason, wait 10 minutes bef ore turning it back on. This will allow the refrigeration sy stem pressures to equalise bef ore restarting.

24 Operating instructions Setting / changing the t emperature of a c ompar tment 1 T ouch the COMP ARTMENT select button to scroll through the compartments indicated on the compartment icon. Stop when the compartment you wish to set is illuminated eg the refrigerator compartment.
25 Operating instructions 2 F ast Freeze will automatically deactivate . However if y ou wish to manually deactivate F ast Fr eeze touch the MENU select button once. The icon will flash then turn off and the freezer compartment will return to its previously set temperatur e.
26 Operating instructions 2 Holiday Mode will not deactivate automatically . Once you return from holiday , touch the MENU select button three times. The icon will flash then turn off and the appliance will return to normal operation.

F or cleaning and maintenance, the appliance must be disc onnected from the power supply at the wall socket.
