8 WARNING When reversing the door swing: Y ou MUST move the anti-tip brack et to align with the hinges of the door and install the toe grille support for proper balance.

Additionally , before installing the door handles, make sure the door swing is correct. Y our model will have either a right hand or left hand door swing.

11 CONNECTING THE WATER SUPPLY WARNING T o avoid electric shock, which can cause death or severe personal injury , disconnect the refrigerator fr om electrical power before connecting a water supply line to the refrigerator . CAUTION To Avoid Property Damage: • Copper or Stainless Steel braided tubing is recommended for the water supply line.

13 IMPORTANT Y our ice maker is shipped from the factory with the wire signal arm in the ON position. T o ensure proper function for your ice maker , hook up water supply immediately or turn ice maker OFF by lifting the wire signal arm until it clicks and locks in the UP position.
14 IMPORTANT Adjusting the refrigerator/f reezer temperature control to “0” turns off the compressor and prevents the refriger ator from cooling, but does not disconnect the power to the light bulb and other electrical components. T o turn off power to your refriger ator , you must unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
15 CONTROLS Refrigerator/Freezer Control Temperature Adjustment • Adjust temperature gradually: adjust the knob in small increments, allowing the temperature to stabilize. Adjusting the refrigerator/fr eezer control will change temperatures in both compartments.
