9 SETTING SURFACE CONTROLS IMPORTANT In the event of an electrical power outage, the surface burners can be lit manually . T o light a surface burner , hold a lit match to the burner head, then slowly turn the surface control knob to LITE. After burner lights turn the knob to desired setting.

15 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS SETTING LOCKOUT FEATURE The pad controls the Lockout feature. The Lockout feature automatically locks the oven doors and the control panel. It does not disable the Minute Timer or the interior oven lights. ToactivatetheLockoutfeature 1.
16 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS SETTING QUICK PREHEAT The QUICK PREHEAT pad controls the Quick Preheat feature. Use this feature when using single rack baking to quickly heat the oven to bake temperatur e. 18 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS NOTE Pressing CANCEL w i l l s t o p th e fe at u r e a t a n y t i m e . SETTING CONVECTION ROAST (lower oven only) This mode is best for cooking tender cuts of beef , lamb, park and poultry . Use this mode when cooking speed is desired.
19 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS NOTE Baking time can be set for any amount of time between 1 minute to 6 hours. The time remaining can be shown in the timer section of the display by pressing BAKE TIME at any moment of the cooking.
20 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS SETTINGBROIL This mode is best for meats, sh and poultry up to 1” thick. B roiling is a method of cooking tender cuts of meat by direct heat under the broil burner of the oven. The high heat cooks quickly and gives a rich, brown outer ap- pearance.
21 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS NOTE The Chick en Nugget s featur e is automatic ally progr ammed to activate the Keep W arm feature when the cooking is nished. “ HLD ” will be displ aye d for a maximu m of 3 hours . See the K eep W arm feature for mor e information.
22 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS SETTING PIZZA The PIZZA pad has been d esig ned t o give o pti mum coo kin g performance when cooking your favorite pizza. The Pizza pad let you choose a preset betwee n a f rozen pizza (425°F) and a fresh pizza (400°F). If needed, a different target temperature than the presets can be entered.
23 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS SETTING KEEP WARM This mode is best for keeping ov en baked foods warm for serving after cooking has nished. The KEEP WARM pad turns ON the K eep Warm featur e and will maintain an oven temperature of 170°F (77°C).
24 SETTING OVEN CONTROLS SETTING THE SABBATH FEATURE (for use on the Jewish Sabbath & Holidays) The BAKE TIME and DELAY START pads are used to set the Sabbath feature.

26 CAUTION Be sure the oven is unplugged and all parts are COOL before replacing the o ven light bulb. Do not turn the oven light on during a self -cleaning cycle.
