Cautions 1 Disposal of the old air conditioner Before disposing an old air conditioner that goes out of use, please make sure it's inoperative and safe. Unplug the air conditioner in order to avoid the risk of child entrapment. It must be noticed that air conditioner system contains refrigerants, which require specialized waste disposal.
4. The wiring method should be in line with the local wiring standard. 5. The power cable and connecting cable are self- provided. All the cables shall have got the local authentication certificate. During installation, when the connecting cables break off, it must be assured that the grounding wire is the last one to be broken off.
3 Safety pr ecautions All units shall be earthed. The earth must not be connected to a gas pipe, water pipe, or telephone line. Poor earthing could cause electric shock. Be sure to install a circuit breaker to avoid electric shock. Arrange water drainage according to this manual.
