7 System Configuration Attach the Cam era adapter(CA-HF1500) to the Camera head(SK-HD1500). Then connect the came ra control panel and setup cont rol u nit to the CU-HD15 00.
8 System Configuration 3 . DC power supply operation By carrying out the external input of the camera side power supply, long-distance cable transmission becomes possible. Directions for operation are as follows. 1) Between C U-HD1500 (cam era control uni t) is connecte d with CA-HF1500 (camera adaptor) by a single mode fi ber cable.

10 Function menu Function menu Connect the camera control panel (RU- 1500) or the setup c ontrol uni t ( SU-1000) to the CU-HD1500 to display the function m enus on PIX video output. The f unction menus include the C CU m enu to adjust the CU-HD1500 and the cam era menu t o adjust a cam era.

18 Backup battery replacement Back up battery replace ment The backup battery is al ready mo unted at the factory. If the time/date can not maintain accurate info rmation, the al arm m essage “BACKUP BATT EMPTY” is shown on P IX OUT for about 6 seconds at start-up.

26 Servi ce information Network Settings The network IP a ddress can be set by co nnecting a CR OSSED RJ45 network cable (crossed-cable) or straight RJ45 cable with ne twork hub between a PC and the CU-HD1500. The control software is provided by HITACHI.
