Print using the maximum dpi Use maximum dot s per inch (dpi) mode to print high-quality, sharp images on photo p aper. See technical specific ations for the print resol ution of the maximum dpi mode. Printing in maximum dpi takes longer than pri nting with other settin gs and requires a large am ount of disk space.

It is opaque enough f or two-sided color usage with no show -through, wh ich makes it ideal fo r newsletters, reports , and fl yers. It feat ures ColorLok Technology for less smearing, bo lder blacks, and vivid colors.

After the scan is saved, a Windows Explorer windo w will open in th e directory where th e scan was saved. NOTE: There is a limited num ber of computers that can have the scan function activate d at the same time.
