8 EN SP EP VCR INFORMA TION ● If “AUT O CLOCK” is set to “ON” on the Clock Set screen on page 1 1, the clock will be adjusted automatically by the host channel every hour (except 1 1:00 PM, midnight, 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM) using the incoming PBS channel clock setting data.
EN 9 Language Setting This VCR offers you the language choice to view menus and some messages (excluding the on-screen display superimposed on the TV screen) — in English, Spanish or French. Select the desired language using the following procedure.

Whenever you insert a tape and start playback, automatic tracking starts working and continuously analyzes the signal to enable optimum picture quality during playback.

When this function is set to “ON”, this VCR checks the condition of the tape in use during playback, and compensates to provide the highest- possible playback pictures. This function helps you to adjust the playback picture quality according to your preference.
