8 ENGLISH Installing the batteries When the controllable range or eff ectiveness of the remote controller decreases, replace the batteries. 1. Remove the back cover . While pushing on the bac k cover , slide it in the direction of the arrow . 2. Install the batteries.

F or connecting the external components, ref er to the instructions and the installations supplied with the external components.

When you use JVC FM modulator KS-IF200, y ou can listen to the sounds from the system through the receiv er equipped with no line input. 19 ENGLISH Adjusting the headphone volume Y ou can connect two pairs of headphones. When adjusting the headphone v olume, the adjustment applies to both connected headphones at the same time. • Y ou cannot adjust the headphone volume separately f or the HEADPHONE 1 and 2 jacks .

The cabinet surface primarily consists of plastic materials. • Do not wipe with benzine, thinner or similar substances because this will result in discoloration or removal of the paint.
