After the treadmill has com e to a complete stop, it is imp ortant to make sure the elevat ion is lowered all the way t o the lowest level before f olding the tr eadmill.

12 O w n e r ’ s M a n u a l SPEED ADJUSTMENTS A single press of F AST and SLOW buttons will adj ust speed b y increments of 0.1 MPH (or Km /H) during workout…or you may pre ss and hold these butt ons to quickly scroll up or down.

If ST ART is press ed within three minute s during the pause mode, the treadm ill will bring the running belt movement back to the speed at which the treadmill was paused. W orkout values will resume counting and contin ue where it left off.

28 O w n e r ’ s M a n u a l CLEANING Remove dust on the treadmill with va cuum or sl ightly damp cloth. Fo ld up the deck and clean the floor with vacuum periodica lly will he lp to prolong the treadmill product life. NEVER use solvents on the deck or runn ing belt.
